Annual Plant Sale

Our next Annual Plant Sale will be held on Saturday, May 1, 2027.

 

We appreciate everyone who attended our Plant Sale in May 2026. Our next Annual Plant Sale will be held on Saturday, May 1, 2027. The Plant Sale typically features a selection of plants from the Cross Estate Gardens, including perennials, trees, and shrubs. The proceeds from the Plant Sale help to support our work maintaining the gardens.

Annual Talk & Tea

Our Annual Talk & Tea was held on Thursday, September 17, 2026.

Our Annual Talk & Tea was held on September 17, 2026 and featured Marta McDowell, a distinguished local author, who discussed her new book: A Beatrix Potter Botanical: The Art of Flora & Fungi. In addition to a lively and informative talk, light refreshments, lovingly prepared by the volunteers of the Cross Estate Gardens, were served.

Our next Talk & Tea (speaker to be announced) is scheduled for September 2027.

It will also be held in the Library at the Cross Estate, 61 Jockey Hollow Road, Bernardsville, NJ. Registration will be required to attend the Talk & Tea: $30 for NJHGF members and $35 for non-members. Tickets will be available at the door or by pre-registering. Garden Tours

 

Garden Tours may be arranged for Wednesdays, Spring through Fall. You may make a tour request and reservation by sending an email to: info@crossestategardens.org. Tours are limited to 10 people per tour group. Suggested donation per person for the tour is $10.
